A technically experienced and accomplished leader in management and program design, Johanna has 14+ years of experience in efforts spanning Program and Project Management, Process Design and Re-Engineering, Information Technology, IT Service Management, and Cybersecurity. Johanna has proven herself effective while leading and directing the boots-on-the-ground while also being successful at the strategic level, where she has been the master planner behind technical solutions, process improvements, and synchronized success across multi-organization programs. An extensive background in the Federal space allows Johanna a unique insight into the needs of the business and therefore how IT may best support and enable mission goals, in several practices across the ITSM and Cybersecurity landscape.
Personable as well as knowledgeable, a facilitator and an initiative-taker, Johanna believes that while tools contribute to solutions, people are at the root of success.
